Survived - Finding the Good in COVID-19

Doug starts out practicing social distancing alone in the studio to discuss what to do during COVID-19. Turning to the old school way of staying at home with friends and family and using basic cleaning philosophies of washing your hands and covering your mouth when you cough. Chris arrives to add to the discussion of taking care of yourself and love your family. The well balanced conversation and time to reflect of what to do next helps add some distraction to being stuck in the house with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. COVID-19 is not the end but a good beginning to resetting and focusing on what matters.
